In the two-plate sprue mold, the guide pin and guide sleeve are installed in the fixed template of the moving and fixed mold cavities respectively.
In order to ensure the mold fitting accuracy of the guide pin and guide sleeve, the mounting holes of the guide pin and guide sleeve are usually processed by boring.
In addition, we also use the non-hammering method to install the guide pin to ensure its smooth installation.
