Injection mold production process
Author:
1. Design the mold: Design the structure and size of the mold according to product requirements and process requirements.
2. Make the mold foundation: Use milling machines, drilling machines and other machine tools to make the basic parts of the mold, such as mold bases, templates, etc.
3. Make mold parts: Use CNC machine tools and EDM equipment to make mold parts, such as mold cavities, mold cores, plastic runners, etc.
4. Assemble the mold: Assemble the various parts of the mold to form a complete mold structure.
5. Debugging the mold: After completing the assembly of the mold, debug and adjust the mold to ensure the normal operation of the mold and meet product requirements.
6. Trial mold production: Use the completed mold for trial mold production to verify the performance and production effect of the mold.
7. Inspect and modify molds: Inspect the productsproduced by trial molds, and modify and adjust the molds in a timely manner after problems are discovered.
